Experiencing the financial complexity of scaling hospitality firsthand led him to co-found Alpa, building a real-time financial layer for restaurant operators and other multi-location businesses.

Jean-François Moy is Co-Founder and CTO of Alpa. He previously led engineering at Vestiaire Collective, building financial platforms and AI systems at scale, and served as CTO at Cloudshelf and Ksubaka, where he architected global retail and commerce infrastructure.
His experience designing resilient, large-scale data systems underpins Alpa’s financial automation and platform architecture.
