Alpa Raises $3.5M to Build the Financial Layer for Modern Hospitality

Backed by leading investors, Alpa is building the financial infrastructure enabling restaurant operators to scale with confidence.

Today, we’re proud to announce that ALPA has raised $3.5 million to build the financial layer for modern hospitality.

The round was led by Daphni, with participation from 2100 Ventures, Firedrop, Oprtrs Club, True, Kima, and experienced industry leaders including Jérôme Tafani (former CEO of Burger King France).

This funding marks a major step forward in our mission: bringing real-time financial infrastructure to one of Europe’s largest and most operationally complex sectors.

Hospitality Has Evolved. Financial Infrastructure Hasn’t.

Hospitality represents over 2 million businesses across Europe. Operators today manage multi-site complexity, fluctuating supplier costs, dynamic pricing, labour volatility, and increasingly sophisticated growth strategies.

Yet most financial systems remain retrospective and accounting-led.

Restaurant groups often understand profitability weeks after the end of the month — once accounting is closed. By then, opportunities to adjust, optimise, or scale have already passed.

We believe hospitality deserves better.

Building the Financial Layer for Operators

ALPA connects banking data, POS systems, and supplier invoices into a unified financial foundation that delivers:

  • Real-time P&L and cash flow visibility
  • AI-powered transaction classification
  • Automated financial workflows
  • Structured data for multi-site expansion

Rather than replacing accountants, ALPA structures and automates financial data so operators can make faster, more confident decisions.

Our goal is simple: give hospitality leaders the financial clarity required to scale.

Built by Operators, for Operators

ALPA was co-founded by Anton Soulier, former early employee at Deliveroo and founder of Taster, which scaled across 100+ European cities and raised over $60M in venture funding.

Scaling restaurants at that level exposed a clear gap: financial visibility becomes more critical as operators grow — yet systems often become more fragmented.

Together with Jean-François Moy, former VP of Engineering at Vestiaire Collective and experienced systems architect, we set out to build the infrastructure hospitality has been missing.

From Early Adoption to Commercial Rollout

Dozens of restaurant groups have already joined ALPA, and we are now accelerating our commercial rollout across Europe.

This funding allows us to:

  • Expand our engineering and product teams
  • Deepen AI-driven automation capabilities
  • Strengthen integrations across POS and supplier ecosystems
  • Scale go-to-market efforts across multi-site operators

We are just getting started.

The Next Generation of Hospitality Infrastructure

Hospitality operators are ambitious. They are scaling across locations, experimenting with new formats, and navigating increasingly complex operating environments.

Financial infrastructure should enable that ambition — not slow it down.

ALPA exists to provide real-time, automated, purpose-built financial infrastructure for hospitality — starting with restaurants and expanding beyond.

If you operate multi-site hospitality businesses and want to scale with clarity, we’d love to connect.
